Evo pišem ovaj post i ne mogu da opišem koliko sam srećna!
Znate već da sam jedno vreme dosta varala. Jela sam puding, čak i brzu hranu i pila mnoogo Koka-Kole. Tako da su mi se dve kile vratile. Onda sam odlučila da ne budem tužna zbog toga i da nastavim sa dijetom i zadala sam sebi cilj da više ne kršim dijetu, tj bar sledeći krug od četiri dana da ne prekršim. Nisam verovala u to što mnogi pričaju, ali istina je - mnogo je lakše kada sebi zadate ciljeve koji su lakši, jednostavniji i ostvarljiviji. Tako sam ja sebi zadala cilj da sledeći krug dijete ne prekršim umesto da sebi zadam cilj da više uopšte u naredna dva meseca, koliko mi je ostalo do kraja dijete, ne pojedem ništa što nije u skladu sa dijetom. Taj krug sam uspela i ostvarila svoj cilj i nekako ni sledeći nisam želela da prekršim, jer sam bila zadovoljna što sam ostvarila cilj, i to je dovelo do toga da sam ponovo na istom mestu gde sam stala! One dve kile koje su se vratile su sada ponovo nestale i ja sam se vratila na 73 kilograma i bila sam presrećna kada sam se jutros izmerila! Radujem se nastavku moje dijete tamo gde sam stala i novim ciljevima!
Između ostalog, danas mi je voćni dan i trenutno uživam u divnoj sveže ceđenoj pomorandži.

I’m sitting here, writing this post, and I can’t believe how happy I am!
You already know that, for a period of time, I’ve cheated on my diet a lot. I ate pudding, even fast food and I drank lots of Coca-Cola. So I gained 2kg. But then I’ve decided not to be sad about it, and continue with my diet, and I’ve set myself a goal, not to break my diet again, or at least not to break the next 4-day cycle. I didn’t believe in what many people told me but it’s true- it’s much easier when you set yourself goals which are easier, simpler and more accomplishable. That’s why I set myself the goal that I won’t cheat in the next 4 days of the diet, rather than not cheating for the next 2 months, which is how long I have left until the diet ends. I managed to accomplish my goal and somehow I didn’t want to cheat in the next cycle, as I was happy that I managed to accomplish my goal. And that led to me getting right back on track. I’m back to 73kg and I was thrilled when I weighed myself this morning! I look forward to continuing my diet right where I left off, and my new goals!

ИзбришиOdlican post, ja sam isto osoba koja ne moze bez gaziranog soka! Pijem ga stalno ali sto se tice kilaze nemam nikakav problem jedem kao luda a ne gojim se uvopste, a zelela bih jedno 10kg da se ugojim.

ИзбришиSvaka cast i samo napred. Ja imam brz metabolizam i cak sta vise fali mi. Uvek je bilo tako, i kad sam jela mnogo i svasta nesto nikada mi nesto mnogo nije skakala kilaza. Ali je sam nekako s godinama stekla neku svest o zdravoj ishrani.....koliko je to moguce u danasnje vreme. Moram da kazem da gooodinama nisam pila gazirane i obojene sokove...znaci u obzir dolaze ili sveze cedjeni ili oni nectar 100% i to od crne ribizle. E sad sve ostalo normalno jedem samo u manjim porcijama mozda. I sendvice i eurokrem i mlecne proizvode ...itd. Bilo kako bilo mislim da ti je najvaznije da apsolutno za sva vremena izbacis te gazirane sokove a i negazirane one obojene pune secera i konzervansa....a pre svega KOKA KOLU! Ne samo zbog kilaze nego zbog svog zdravlja. Veliki pozdrav i samo napred.
